    Nano supports Class10/U1 64G Micro SD card (TF card) maximumly.

    • 1. Open Setting on Nano App and click About to upgrade firmware;
    • 2. Or download camera firmware from Insta360.com.

  • 4. How to export spherical panoramic images/videos?

    • There are two ways to export spherical panoramic images/videos:
    • Export to iPhone album:
    • 1. Open Nano App, click Album button;
    • 2. Click the image or video you would like to export;
    • 3. Click the Share button on upper right corner and click the panorama button.
    • Export to Win/Mac:
    • 1. Unplug the Micro SD card (TF card) from Nano camera;
    • 2. Put it in a card reader and connect to your computer;
    • 3. Open the Micro SD folder and export the files.
  • 5. What can I do if the camera has no response(cannot turn it on)?

    • 1. Check Nano if it is out of battery, please charge it first.
    • 2. Check versions of camera firmware and Nano App, please update the latest version.
    • 3. If Nano still has no response, please try to long-press the power button for 20 seconds or press the reset hole underneath the camera via the pin to reset (Reset Tutorial).

  • 6. How to upload videos to Youtube?

    • There are two ways to upload videos to Youtube:
    • Via Nano App:
    • 1. Open Nano App and click the video you would like to upload;
    • 2. Click the Share button on upper right corner;
    • 3. Click Youtube platform, then select screen-record mode or panoramic mode;
    • 4. After exporting the video, open Youtube;
    • 5. Upload the exported video.
    • Via Win/Mac:
    • 1. Use card reader to open files (Micro SD card) on computer;
    • 2. Log in Youtube and upload the selected video on your page.
  • 7. Can I use Nano camera independently or it has to be attached to the iPhone?

    • Nano can be used independently, you can follow steps as below:
    • 1. Insert Micro SD card (TF card);
    • 2. Click the power button, when blue LED indicator turns to green, the camera is power on;
    • 3. In standby mode (green LED indicator lights on), click the power button and the green indicator blinks once, it means you have taken a photo;
    • 4. In standby mode (green LED indicator lights on), double-click the power button, and the green indicator starts blinking, it means you have started shooting a video. Click the power button again to stop.

  • 8. How to share photos or videos on social networking platforms?

    There are two ways to share to social networking platforms:
      • Share individual photo/video:
      • 1. Plug Nano to iPhone and open Nano App;
      • 2. Open the photo/video you would like to share;
      • 3. Click the Share button on upper right corner;
      • 4. Select social platform and share.
      • Share Panoramic album:
      • 1. Open Nano App and click Album button;
      • 2. Click Share button on upper right corner;
      • 3. Select photos you would like to share and click share button;
      • 4. Write album title and photo descriptions;
      • 5. Click Share button and choose platform to share.
